add the script build.sh which performs the following steps:

  • Ask the user on Ubuntu / Mac OS to install the necessary dependencies
  • Clone OpenMalaria master branch
  • Compile OpenMalaria
  • Create a release tarball identical to the usual one with an example scenario

The script doesn't require root privileges.
