- assign only NADK2 to MAR04268 - assign only NADK to MAR04269 - empty GPR to MAR04279
- get Rhea master IDs from KEGG ids via www.rhea-db.org/mapping

yes, these ids were mapped by uploading the list of KEGG ids, some conflicting ones were manually checked |

this PR is a bit overlap with #504, but should be okay to merge it and move forward |
