Automated style fixes for #41, created by Restyled.

The following restylers made fixes:

• clang-format
• prettier
• whitespace

To incorporate these changes, merge this Pull Request into the original. We
recommend using the Squash or Rebase strategies.

NOTE: As work continues on the original Pull Request, this process will
re-run and update (force-push) this Pull Request with updated style fixes as
necessary. If the style is fixed manually at any point (i.e. this process finds

PR Summary

• Modification of various SVG Icons
  The fill color of several SVG icons in the chrome directory has been updated - namely bookmarks-fill.svg, bookmarks.svg, close.svg, and reload2.svg. This change could lead to a noticeable difference in the appearance of these icons when implemented in the user interface.

• Update on readme.md File

• Changes to User Preferences in user.js
