💡 개요

급식 정보를 fetch하는 UseCase를 작성합니다

📃 작업내용

  • Neis APIKey를 xcconfig에 설정해놓습니다
  • MealDomain 모듈 추가 (interface, implementation, testing, unit tests)
  • RemoteMealDataSource, MealRepository, FetchMealInfoUseCase
  • Miniature로 LocalCache 추가
