Useless text at top of chapters menu

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Play video with chapters (e.g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvkTC2xIbeY)
2. Enqueue another video
3. Open and close the queue menu (view the items in current queue)
4. Open the chapters menu

Actual behaviour

Queue progress is shown at top of chapters menu but doesn't update.

Expected behavior

I'm not sure, probably this text should not be shown as that is what it looks like before the queue menu is opened. But perhaps should show the progress through current video.

I am happy to fix this myself as I am pretty sure I introduced the bug 😂 but I'm not sure whether to hide the text or show progress through video.
