Window.ModalWindows() is finding zero windows but Window.Modalwindow(title) finds it #165

When I user Window.ModalWindows() to find all modal windows, it returns with zero but if I use Window.Modalwindow(title) it finds the modal window that I am expecting.

Was using this on a win32 application.

I have to revert this fix, it is causing more issues. If you can submit a failing test that would be appreciated
