feat: reactions on mobile app #689

  1. Users can view reactions to messages on the mobile app
  2. Users can quickly react/unreact to messages
  3. Users can long press a message to react to it
  4. Users can choose any emoji for their reaction

TODO: Allow users on the mobile app to view who reacted to a message

We should use Vaul for our drawers on the mobile app for a better UX. Ionic modals seem a little janky and are difficult to style.

This PR also updates all dependencies on the mobile app and uses the same primary color as on the web app.
