Windows kept complaining that the verbose folder names caused some pathnames to exceed their size limits.
This mod simply shortens the pathnames to something I hope is still clear, but require fewer characters.
I also corrected two README files which were accidentally pointing to the wrong names for the Make Menuconfig.jpg files.
