This baseline should be complete enough to support beta-testing of version 0.3 of the DWIN_SET

CAUTION: the configuration files are from the test machine, which is not in stock configuration.

• They assume the user is using Mainsail and the Klipper Add-in Stable_z_home.py
• They require further tailoring by end-users of this firmware, to correctly configure Klipper for the end-User's actual printer

• Added the Mainsail configuration files
• Moved the "Related Changes" files and README.txt here, from the DWIN_SET repository.
• Added Nozzle LED ON/OFF gcode macros to printer.cfg and to vars_in.cfg

Moonraker reports that Release 1.0.0 is "not verified"
Not sure why, but do see that one commit made fron GitHub Desktop is Unverified.
Have now added a GPG signature and am hoping that this release action will result in a "Verified" assessment by Moonraker.
