之前的配置似乎会扫描 node_modules 目录下的所有文件，过一遍 tailwind 的 pass，造成构建非常慢。根据这个issue tailwind 的 utilities 似乎文件比较大，导入这个会造成构建缓慢，不知有没有替换方案 |

@cjj826 我本地已经简单测试了 tailwind 基础功能类和自定义功能类的引用，如果方便的话可以用这个分支的配置测试样式能否正常显示。
