load local models for bert-score.

just change model_type to your local model path, e.g.

self.bert_scorer = BERTScorer(
    model_type="/Users/wangyangfan/remote/models/FacebookAI/roberta-large",
    device='mps', 
    rescale_with_baseline=True, 
    lang='en'
)
