feat: new homepage #5

The homepage now includes a box where you can paste a URL to view, and links to some examples (currently only the SKY130 PDK kitchen sink). This also includes a refactor of the frontend to use solid.js rather than directly manipulating the DOM via JavaScript, and css modules for encapsulating CSS styles.
