Min and max size

Really cool project! But there are a few things I would add. One of them is an option to add minimum and maximum size to some windows. For example, I could have a 0.2 window (20%) but force it to be between 100 and 200 pixels. I've taken a look into your code, and I think it wouldn't be that hard to implement that feature.
