This is a good way to ensure that code changes to our library don't affect happy path code execution (which is used by our GH Action).
TODO: Add a sample json response file for GH Action to work
TODO: Need to override the requirements.txt in the action so that we can install the tonic-validate library from this repo and not from pip.
