adds the initial and work in progress cli for aster. this can be used as an alternative to the normal mode with cli switches
also handle and print errors

introduces a scripting language for aster to easily make and preview changes. with this also brings a interactive shell to run (and maybe define) filters, once more than basic recoloring gets added
