Due to a change on GitHub the old issue #558 cannot be reactivated, so we use this one...

Describe the bug
Cannot download links for tags with spaces in them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add link for tag https://www.tumblr.com/search/Blade Runner
Add blog button is greyed out and cannot be clicked
Will only accept https://www.tumblr.com/search/Blade or https://www.tumblr.com/search/BladeRunner

Expected behavior
Should download all data for tag Blade Runner

Currently the Search crawler seems to be broken, at least for this term.
