flimj-ui

FLIMJ UI is an ImageJ plugin for FLIM analysis built on top of FLIMJ Ops using JavaFX. Detailed tutorial can be found on ImageJ site.

Install

In Fiji, open Help > Update, click Manage update sites; click Add update site, type in https://sites.imagej.net/FLIMJ/, click Close;

Restart Fiji, open Help > Update, click Advanced mode, mark all assets from the FLIMJ updatesite as Install / Update; click Update Changes.
