Markdown exporter

This is a fork of https://github.com/cakebake/markdown-themeable-pdf that works as a CLI instead of an Atom plugin.

Usage:

• Check out this repo.
• Install all packages with npm ci.
• Install command globally with npm install -g
• Then run markdown-exporter /path/to/file.md
