Removed potentially inappropriate #yelling response #199

As I mentioned in #198, one of the messages in the #yelling responses includes an (ironic) call for violence which may make some members uncomfortable and seems inappropriate for a club-sanctioned bot to be saying.

This pull request removes that message.

I agree with this, though I'll let other weigh in as well.
(This might also be a good chance to add other responses if anyone can thing of anything good.)

I agree with the removal of this yelling response.
