ℹ️ Summary

  • Add new chapter Legal bases, move the sections of consent and legitimate interest from the documents chapter here
  • Rename chapters so that they do not have a number in the filename anymore, and add the toc to the _bookdown.yml file. This makes is a whole lot easier to adjust the order of the chapters. So far we've had to change the filenames everytime, losing the history of the file.
  • Put privacy scan, DPIA, information to data subjects and processing register from the Documents chapter in the Designing your project chapter
  • Put the DTIA en Agreements sections from the Documents chapter in the Sharing data with collaborators chapter
  • Put Designing, storage and sharing chapters in a section How to (instead of the Storing, Sharing and publication section)
  • Fix error in reading files/faqs.csv. Stupid new laptop used semicolon by default as a separator, should now be fixed
  • Remove empty Documents and assessments chapter file

✅ Related issues (optional)

Not related to an issue, but to a development: we're developing new pages on How to choose a legal basis, and Public interest, which will come in the Legal bases chapter (which used to be just the one page).

📑 Files changed (summary)

  • Renamed all chapter files
  • Moved content between files (see summary)
  • _bookdown.yml now contains table of content
  • Deleted Documents file
