Software that was used for the CIRC 2023 competition.

cheese.launch was used on jetson to launch two arduinos and cameras.
VNC into jetson -> rqt_image_view (was used for camera feed)

Arm uses Joy package msg
Joy -> arm

Drivetrain uses Speed.h msg
Joy -> python script -> arduino
