Several improvements and fixes:

  • version date
  • versions of containers in env template
  • add script to submit all 'rescue' jobs: submit_DAG_jobs_to_be_rescued.sh
  • improve directory structure in log file directories to avoid HTCondor writing million of files into a single sub directory (using a pre script creating one log directory per run number)
