Fails in Neovim because of lack of python feature

installing https://github.com/neovim/python-client seems to fix this, but might be worth updating the readme. I can submit a pull request but it's basically

Installing https://github.com/neovim/python-client using pip has been reported to allow this to work in Neovim.

It's something that should be (and already have been) addressed in the neovim installation guide.

If you're using neovim, you should know this package is required for use with python plugins.

Including a reference to the neo vim documentation about python plugins would be a fine compromise then. When people have a problem with a specific plugin, and don't know why, they are going to check it's documentation first anyway, because it's easier to look through than searching all of the neovim documentation.
