Legacy hotkeys on new spells

Hi,

I've compiled list of legacy hotkeys that make spells unusable (most of these spells come from aghanim scepter/shard) - for example having the hotkey on L, which is on the whole other side of the keyboard and is not possible to press without lifting the left hand where all the other hotkeys of that hero are.

I've also put suggested hotkey as to be a letter in the word of the spell (if possible), but that can be easily something else, as long as its on the left side of the keyboard, not using other spell hotkeys or defualt hotkeys for actions (A, S, T ....)
