Adjustments to the CTF HUD and Scoreboard to improve consistency (changed fonts, added drop shadow in the CTF HUD)

Additional fixes:

Fixed the ammo icon in the HUD not actually being tanlight
Fixed oversized player model in the scoreboard after using hud_reloadscheme
