Couple of UI/Visual interaction issues

Description

• When switching form Richness to Rarity under BioDiversity, no longer will it select the Region Layer if the Global Layer radio button was selected
• When hovering over a Species bar chart in the NRC section with no data, NaN was shown, not it will display 0%
• Display km2, where 2 is in sup script
• Stewardship column when view Species data in the NRC table was saying undefined. Turns out the code from property in the api was spelled incorrectly, fixed the front side to display correct number

Load NRC and Data globe in the application to validate that functionality still works as before
