Fixes one annoyance of num lock key being disabled by default on logon screen.

Should we also unmount the Users hive at the end of the script?

At least it wasn't accessible with Set-Location after the script finished.

Ok, I attached this to the creators update milestone. Will merge it when I am dealing with the issues introduced by the creators update (and the creators update is no longer opt-in).

I've trying to get this setting to work but I couldn't.
It did not work at all in W10 1909 nor 2004.
