The content-series partial does not support the newer featured image behavior where a larger image is shown for stories marked as featured. This is confusing.

We should probably consolidate these two partials (so we would just have content.php) and make the remaining partial respect the various options that might be set by a landing page if we're looking at an archive page of that type.
