Looks good! I made some minor edits to the readme with an eye towards standardizing README style format and to use active (instead of passive) voice.

In this analysis, the cells were aggregated after feature selection, and the correlations of the aggregated data were computed and visualized across treatments. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
