Add Regression Test to check Translation file

It has happen more then once that the generated translation file was not updated when the text version of the translation file is updated.
Because of this we should add a regression test that finds all text version of translation file and make sure it has the same text in the compiled version.

This way we can get warnings when they are not up to date.

Later we might even be able to automatically generate the files and check them in if they don't match anymore, but we will do it in small steps :)
