Won't Install

I just found your JS code injector for DNN and I can't seem to make it work as it should. It installed just fine and I've added a module to the page where I need the javascript. The problem comes when I've completed filling in the module - it won't save! I've given it a name, enabled it, typed in the content to inject, chosen 100 as the priority (I don't really know exactly what to put there!), and indicated the page header as the injector. Pressing 'submit' gets me nowhere. I click it and nothing happens. Closing the window works - but the module parameters aren't saved.

I'm running DNN 7.4.1.
