Training Team meetings start at 07:00 UTC weekly on Tuesdays. Anyone is welcome to contribute to the meeting by commenting in Slack threads throughout the week. Meeting notes will be published at the end of the week to also incoporate these asynchronous conversations.

• Matrix set up and testing esp. for accessibility (See slack thread)
• Proposal: Hosting Learn videos on YouTube

• What stats would you like to see at the end of the year?
• Who represented the Training Team at WordCamps or Local Meetups this year? (Such as hosted contributor tables, presented on Learn WordPress, hosted a meetup about Learn, etc.)

3. Looking for volunteers

• Audit Training team handbook
• Call for Guides in Guide Program - The Guide Program is seeking experienced contributors to help guide new Training Team members in their contribution journey. If you are an experienced Training Team contributor and would like to be a Guide for new contributors, please complete the application form!

4. Updates from last week's dev-squad triage session

Bugs triaged:

We had 10 minutes left, where we discussed kicking off dev-squad documentation efforts. @psykro agreed to have a shared Google doc with the high-level items ready by the next training team meeting.

We will discuss the documentation efforts in the next dev-squad triage session on Thursday.
