Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Pages > trash an item
  2. Pages > Click "Add New" arrow

safari 11.0, wordpress 4.8.2, Gutenberg 1.5.1

.split-page-title-action .dropdown.visible { z-index: 1; }
