Hi Robert, it took me so long to make a video that I forgot to tell you the browser. Sorry! It is Chrome, on Snow Leopard OS X. I think this happened for me also on Windows 10 using Chrome, but I will check on that.
I was showing another developer the Gutenberg interface, and he was puzzled that the Title seems like it is a block, but not really a block.

Thanks for clarifying @bkjproductions. I'm still unable to reproduce this issue. I don't see any broken behaviour when I follow your instructions in my installation of Gutenberg in Chrome on macOS. I've tested both 2.7 and the latest Have you tried disabling all other plugins? It's possible that another plugin is conflicting with Gutenberg. |

Issue Overview
When creating a new paragraph just by typing and hitting Enter on keyboard, I cannot get back to the previous paragraph by using the arrow-up key on the keyboard.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
Expected Behavior
Cursor should go to the previous paragraph, line, character or word above.
Current Behavior
Cursor just remains where it was.
