Issue Overview

When creating a new paragraph just by typing and hitting Enter on keyboard, I cannot get back to the previous paragraph by using the arrow-up key on the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create a Post
  2. Type some paragraphs
  3. When you create a new paragraph by hitting Enter, try to go back up using the up arrow key on the keyboard.
  4. The cursor does not go up to the previous paragraph.

Expected Behavior

Cursor should go to the previous paragraph, line, character or word above.

Current Behavior

Cursor just remains where it was.

Hi @bkjproductions! I'm struggling to re-create this issue. What web browser and operating system are you using?

I'm going to close this issue for now but let's definitely re-open it once we have more information.

Thanks for clarifying @bkjproductions. I'm still unable to reproduce this issue. I don't see any broken behaviour when I follow your instructions in my installation of Gutenberg in Chrome on macOS. I've tested both 2.7 and the latest master.

Have you tried disabling all other plugins? It's possible that another plugin is conflicting with Gutenberg.

Works now in Gutenberg 3.4.0
