Update Search/RSS block render method

Description

This PR makes a couple of minor changes, primarily for consistency across blocks.

The way the RSS block interpolates its HTML has been updated to be consistent with other blocks. Furthermore, a couple of properties are now escaped to avoid the possibility of a malformed tag.
