Polish RSS block.

Description

This PR polishes the RSS block. I did the following:

• Refactor the edit component to use hooks.
• Use block.json and register_block_from_metadata.
• Revise edit component placeholder classes to be more consistent.
  • blocks-rss__placeholder-form changed to wp-block-rss__placeholder-form.
  • blocks-rss__placeholder-input changed to wp-block-rss__placeholder-input.
• Change a double-quotes string in PHP to single quotes.
• Reorder JS imports alphabetically.
