Update additional search views API params in frontend

Description

This PR implements the first part of the related issue: adds both stable and unstable parameters for the additional search views project.

Testing Instructions

Until the API changes from #3887 are deployed to prod, this PR can only work with local or staging API.
To test with staging, set API_URL to https://api-staging.openverse.org/ (either in the frontend/.env file, or by running frontend using API_URL=https://api-staging.openverse.org/ just frontend/run dev

The additional search view pages should work correctly, and the API requests should contain both unstable__ and stable params (for collection and tag).
