Geergit v2.5.0 (20502) Release Notes

  1. Root Not Granted Bug Fix:

    • Fixed an issue where the root was not granted when Google Play services were added to Geergit.

  2. Backup and Restore Improvements:

    • Enhanced speed and resolved bugs related to backup and restore operations.
    • Backup/Restore error messages are now more readable.

  3. Backup Export Enhancement:

    • Fixed bug related to exporting backups to local storage.
    • Improved user experience by allowing the selection of export folders for backups to external storage.

  4. Google Play Services:

    • Google Play Services can now be added inside groups for backup and restore operations without causing crashes.

  5. Profile Management:

    • Profiles are now sorted alphabetically.
    • The last updated time is displayed below profile names on the search profile page.

  6. Experimental Feature:

    • Added "Make Device Legit Experimental" feature to use advanced techniques for disguising the device as a normal phone (test cautiously for detection).
