Feature - Improved App Selection #31

Improved app selection menu. Now shows both apps and services type applications.
Selective application menu now with new updated UI showing preview of all enabled applications about to be installed.
Overall optimisation to app selection display menu which should be more efficient, display and load much faster.
Updated CLI command options.
Added new service app Bearshare Pot - for auto claiming Bearshare daily reward.
