There's a few parts from some logos that you can remove so it doesnt look weird with this extra crop, looks a bit weird with a background, also the small circle looks like it has a some white fill behind and you can notice a few pixels
In some of the rainbow icons you can also notice that the circle is really pixelated
Also I think you can make the small circles same thickness of the main one

Just noticed that we already have a GHTV icon |

Removed GHTV icon as there is already one just not yet committed to the repo
Readds GHTV icon as GitHub had a freakout trying to remove it
Removes GHTV icon and reference to ghtv.png from index.json
