Early diagnosis of Diabetic macular edema (DME), using recent developments in fundus imaging, such as Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and deep neural networks. This dataset is acquired at Noor Eye Hospital in Tehran and is consisting of 50 normal, 48 dry AMD, and 50 DME OCTs. Programmed in Tensorflow with GPU in Colab google, tensorflow_version 2.x and keras v2.4.0. Mounted at /content/drive and get the uploaded data from google drive.
