Multi Auth - Account Linking - LoAs

This module is a extension of the multiauth module with Account-Linking 
and LoA functionalities. This module filters the sources presented to the
user according to the requested level of authentication of the service
provider, it allows the user to select from a variety of auth sources
which are valid for accessing the resource requested.
