Improve the Chrome extension by A) enabling users to drag quotations directly from the extension popup to their notebooks and B) automatically refreshing lists of quotations and sources shown in the browser when a quotation is saved.
Enable users to multi select notes with shift click on checkboxes. Before this change this only worked by shift clicking elsewhere on a note. Users can select a contiguous range of notes or all subnotes of a note until the clicked note.
Minor user interface usability improvement and bug fixes.

This release of Crush paper incorporates fixes for many usability improvements discovered during user testing.
The most significant improvement is inline editing of the text of notes.
The next most significant improvement is the capability to export notebooks in Rich Text Format, HTML and Markdown.
There were many improvements that provide the user with interactive feedback during drag and drop as well as improvements to keyboard shortcuts.
There were also a number of usability improvements to the Chrome Extension.
