This change will be unnecessary once bitcoin-core/secp256k1#826 is merged and zcash/zcash is updated, but as you currently depend on my custom branch to make libzcash_script compatible with this wrapper, it will be easier to just merge this PR and then remove the define once the changes you need are merged into zcash/zcash.

sounds good, I'm going to hold off on merging this just yet because I'd like to get around to finally fixing our release process once and for all as part of merging and publishing this.
