Codes for "A Spatial Bayesian Semiparametric Mixture Model for Positive Definite Matrices with Applications to Diffusion Tensor Imaging"(arxiv)

1. The codes are written in Rcpp, please make sure you have complier ready for c++ library. If you use Mac system, see http://thecoatlessprofessor.com/programming/r-compiler-tools-for-rcpp-on-macos/.

2. The MAIN_CODES.R contains all functions for implementation, please source it and install all the required packages before implementation

3. The function "Potts_Bayesian_Semi_Multi()" is the main function for implementation

4. A example script is provided in Example_SimA.html and Example_SimB.html
