fix: Platform service err orhandling change to print traceback during errors

What

• Platform service error handling changes - raised exceptions instead of returning err response
• Removed unnecessary check in flask service after using @route with methods arg
• Typo fixed to Adapters

Why

• Gets logged and returned in a uniform format with a middleware. This helps avoid inconsistency and allows for easy printing of traceback in a style similar to other services
