Need to install these packages: 

pip3 install numpy

pip3 install scipy

pip3 install seaborn

Q1: 2d_plot.py, 3d_plot.py

Q2 ,Q3:  2d_resampled_plot.py, 3d_resampled_plot.py

Q4, Q6: highpass_filter.py, lowpassfilter.py


Part2:

Q1, etc: calculate_power.py

(python mne package is best for EEG)
