Recreated Cash Mnager as a submission to neogcamp's levelzero Mark 10 assignment.

1. At the welcome screen you are prompted to enter the bill amount.
2. No signup or login required.
3. After entering the bill amount click on next,
4. Then an input feild appears where you can enter the cash amount given by customer.
5. Click on check button will print a table displaying the denomnation of each notes that has to be returned.
6. The notes are of 2000, 500, 100, 20, 10, 5, 1
