This is a driver for Docker Machine, enabling it to create Docker hosts on Abiquo based clouds.
- Docker Machine. Tested with 0.16.0.
Download the binary from follwing link and put it within your PATH (ex. /usr/local/bin
)

Run docker-machine create
without options to get the list of available parameters
$ docker-machine create -d abiquo

--abiquo-public-ip Attach a public IP to the VM.
