Description

Scancode finds ELv2 in a README that has a MIT reference only. Example:
https://github.com/niklasvh/base64-arraybuffer/archive/refs/tags/v0.1.4.tar.gz

How To Reproduce

Scanning the linked archive or just
https://github.com/niklasvh/base64-arraybuffer/blob/master/README.md

System configuration
